Planet Kirby: Why I Drink Bottled Water At McDonald's

Planet Kirby is a place where I try to make sense of the people and places that I encounter on my life's journey. My life's goal has always been to leave my little piece of the world a better place because I've been there.

You will find that I am not an expert on anything except for the sum of what life has taught me, however, I do believe that we can all learn from one another and that's another reason why I write. In May of 2019 I began a wellness journey that has resulted in me losing 125 pounds. But perhaps more importantly, this journey has helped me to get well; not just physically but in spirit and mind.

I'm just a 59 year old guy, hanging out in Pennsylvania, who is trying to practice what I post. I'm glad you found me. Feel free to follow along.
