I have been thinking about holes...there are a lot of different kinds. Let's see...there are black holes, manholes, donut holes, and at the top of my list are assholes. I am not sure what constitutes using one word or two words in describing any type of hole but I'm pretty sure that asshole is one word.
Just to be sure we are all on the same page, let me give you a few definitions of just what an asshole is from my friends at Urban Dictionary.
Asshole - Someone being arrogant, rude, obnoxious, or just a total a dickhead.
That was good, but not exactly what I was looking for....Let's try another....
Asshole - Anyone who doesn't do exactly what you think they ought to do, exactly when you think they ought to do it.
Hmmm...let me use that last one in a sentence. "That asshole just took my parking place." That's it. That's what I'm looking for.
I have met a lot of people that fall under the last definition. Actually, I think maybe I'll submit a hybrid to Urban Dictionary for them to use. It would go like this...
Asshole - An arrogant dickhead who doesn't have a clue how they should act around other people even though their momma taught them better... Well, that's not exactly a hybrid but that's what I think about someone I saw acting like an asshole recently. And the sad part is, they did it in front their children. Before I use a seven-letter modifier to describe what kind of asshole he is, I think I'll stop.
