Where's my Crocodile?

I have to keep reminding myself that life is short and therefore I should laugh as much as I can each day. Sometimes I find it very difficult to find the funny side life especially when I'm having a tough day, someone is being a jerk or if monsters are chasing me.

One individual thought he had the solution all figured out. He was boxing great Mike Tyson and he had some guy named "Crocodile" who followed him around wherever he went and shouted positive messages to him. He would shout things like, "You're the champ!", "Nobody can beat you!", "You're the Greatest!" That's all this guy did...And, he got paid for it. Not bad work if you can get it.

Well, I certainly can't afford my own personal cheerleader to follow me around all day. Maybe there's some cell phone application that I can pre-load with personal cheer leading messages. I mean...I have to do something...counting to one million before I say something takes too long and honestly, I could use a boost to my self-esteem every now and then.

The great actor, Jack Lemmon, used to say the phrase, "It's magic time..." when he was stressed and then he would find some "happy place" in his mind to re-focus his life.

I haven't found a solution that works for me just yet. Until then, maybe you can just pray for me.

Be Well.
