There are some things in life that are tragic. If I were to make a Top Ten List of Tragic Life Events, besides the Dallas Cowboys not winning the Super Bowl, the abduction of a child would be somewhere on that list. The first was meant to be funny, the second item was not.
Recently, there was an abduction of a 6 year old girl in the town where I grew up. The puke who abducted her thought he would choke her and beat her head in with a rock before he left her for dead. By some miracle, she survived and was taken to a local hospital where they hope she will make a full recovery...physically. I doubt we will ever know the true extent of her emotional scars. She is deserving of our prayers for the rest of her life.
As for the maggot that left her for dead...some would say he deserves our prayers as well and maybe he does. You can pray for him, I will not. I do not believe that there is a punishment great enough for child molesters and deviants of his kind. Nor do I believe that prayer will help him.
I think his punishment should be swift and brutal. Unfortunately, it most likely will not be. I once told a preacher that I think a lot fewer people would sin if the punishment for their sin was dealt out immediately. Would it have changed this mutant's mind about what he did? I doubt it.
If I were the King of the United States, I would be strapping a missile to this guys ass at this very moment. I would give him a thermo-nuclear suppository the likes of which the world has never seen!
A little Preparation H Bomb might be just what the doctor ordered for this maggot.
Be Well.
